Refund policy

There will be ABSOLUTELY NO Refunds unless there is a quality issue that is above the norm for a handmade item. All Digital Files are created by me so if an issue arises please let me know. All silicone molds are hand poured by me and may contain micro bubbles and other imperfections (I try to minimize these and if it's more than I find acceptable I will personally repour before sending an order out. All molds are popped with the use of an air compressor so there may be marks on the outside of the mold but it will NOT affect the mold in any way.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations
Cancellations are on a case by case basis and will incur a 10% fee based on order total, if you'd like to see about having your order cancelled please contact us ASAP at sassynclassyminiandme@gmail.com within 1 business day of placing your order. Once orders have entered the preparation stage, they cannot be cancelled.
